Acknowledge Proactive Monitoring requests status information about all connected systems at a central point in three ways:
– Using software that is installed on the systems and passes on status information by request (agents)
– Through network protocols, such as SNMP, HTTP, and ICMP (Ping)
– Through API platforms, such as Azure and AWS
The monitoring software receives all status information, which is processed and made available to authorised users in de web based user interface.
